The Prairie Riders Snowmobile Club will hold our 14th Grass Drag & Powersports Swap Meet again this October 7, 2007.
Our Snowmobile Grass Drags will take place on a 500 foot 4 lane track. As in the past we run for Trophies only to keep our entry fees low and allow participation for everyone. A very diverse group of racers compete with us each year, from the first time racers to veteran semi and pro racers. This is the place to come out and try grass dragging for the first time or 100th time. We expect 125-175 race entries with registration from 8-10 am and Racing beginning at 11:00 am. We run 20 classes including a Mini Class for kids that is free, all kids receive a trophy.
Our Swap Meet continues to grow dramatically each year, last year we had 175 swappers and 10 Vendors. While still primarily a snowmobile swap meet, last year we added the Power Sports title to our Swap Meet. We saw an increase in all types of power sports in the swap area including ATV’s, Dirt Bikes and even a Hover Craft. Watch for a new parking arrangement this year to provide more room for each swapper and vendor.
Check out the Club Photo Album on the right column for past years Races and Swap
